You can lose everything

$ORBAPI is a crypto-asset with no guaranteed value. Its price is set by a market that can be thin and volatile. It can fall sharply or to zero, and you may be unable to sell when you want to. Only use money you can afford to lose entirely.

What the token is not

• It is not a share, a bond, a deposit or any other regulated financial instrument.
• It gives no right to revenue, dividends, governance or redemption by OrbAPI. Staking gives a service tier, nothing more.
• It is not covered by any deposit guarantee or investor compensation scheme.
• Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.

Launch and market risk

The token is launched through Pons v2, a third-party launchpad that OrbAPI does not control. Its bonding curve, fees, anti-sniping tax and pool mechanics are defined by that launchpad and may change. Early trading is often dominated by bots and fast traders, and prices in the first minutes can be far from where they settle.

Technology risk

• Smart contracts, including the launchpad's and the liquidity pool's, can contain bugs.
• Robinhood Chain is a recent layer 2 network. It can halt, be reorganised or change its rules.
• Transactions are final. A transfer to a wrong address cannot be reversed by anyone.
• If you lose your wallet keys, your tokens are gone. We cannot recover them.

Staking

• The staking contract has not been audited by a third party. A bug could lock or lose staked tokens.
• Staking pays no yield. Its only effect is a tier on the OrbAPI gateway.
• Unstaking takes seven days. You cannot sell staked tokens during that time, whatever the price does.
• Tier thresholds and benefits may change. A change never affects your ability to withdraw.

Impersonation

Only trust a contract address published on this site. Copies with the same name and ticker appear around every launch. We will never message you first, ask for your seed phrase or ask you to send tokens to receive more.

Project risk

The OrbAPI marketplace is at an early stage. Features described on this site, including the CALL usage unit, may ship late, change or never ship. Providers may change their terms in ways that reduce or remove the capacity that can be listed.

Regulation and tax

Rules on crypto-assets differ by country and are changing, including under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation. The token may be restricted or unavailable where you live. You are responsible for checking that you may hold it and for declaring and paying any tax due.
